In Taihoku’s time, he died between 9 pm-10 pm. It was then announced all over India that their dear leader, Subhash Chandra Bose, had died due to a plane crash.

Some people believe that he didn’t die and that the man called “Gumnami Baba” from UP was actually the great leader Subhash Chandra Bose in disguise.
What do you think? Is it a valid statement? Gumnami Baba died in 1985. You won’t believe I just went through the pictures, and there’s a close resemblance between the two.
He looked just like Subhash but with a long beard. Gumnami Baba’s arrival made the suspicion more strong, and here we are, still claiming that he didn’t die and he or the system faked his death.
Both points are valid. The government could possibly do that. The ancestors of Netaji, I mean his nephew, claimed that Netaji didn’t die in Taihoku and that his ashes in the temple of Japan were fake.
There are several researchers too who tried to find out the truth. After returning from the journey, they stated the same thing; there was nothing new.
But if you go through the news article, yes, the old ones, you will find some shocking facts about his death. It was clear that the government tried to hide things.

The government’s reaction to the death was not at all positive. You tell me, if a leader who did so much for the country died, isn’t the country supposed to be covering each and every piece of information?
The then Indian government was trying its best to hide information that was coming out because the family members of Subhas were constantly claiming that it was a conspiracy.
The Central Forensic Science Laboratory denied providing any information about DNA. Yes, the central government Institutions were hiding something, which is a clear sign that there was something mysterious about his death.
When people hide things, it indicates that there is something that the people of India should not know. And they became successful in doing so. We are still wondering what actually happened.
You know, I think, even if he died in the plane crash, there was something suspicious about the crash only. Perhaps this is the reason the DNA reports are kept private.
